Foreclosure Paralegal

Responsibilities:

Will assist in all stages of the non-judicial foreclosure process in AL, TN, and MS. The firm places special emphasis on rapid resolution of foreclosure matters.

Skills/Requirements:

This individual should have a positive attitude and prior experience handling cases from inception to conclusion. Further, the individual should be knowledgeable with LPS Black Knight, Tempo, PACER, along with court filing systems. He/she should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Perfect Practice (preferred).

Additional experience in the following will be considered:

Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Foreclosure Specialist, Mortgage Servicing, Default Servicing.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift


Experience:

  • Foreclosure/Default Servicing: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Paralegal: 1 year (Required)


License/Certification:

  • Paralegal Certificate (Required)


Ability to Relocate:

  • Mobile, AL 36602: Relocate before starting work (Required)
